Leighona Bernstein is a communications and PR professional with over 10 years of experience in the food and agricultural industry.

She started her career as a lifestyle journalist, writing about food, travel, history and art for Oklahoma Today Magazine. Examples of her articles can be found here. She then pivoted to in-house communications work for the seed and agri-chemical industry, working for an international trade association on sustainability, biodiversity and telling the stories of smallholder farmers.

After some time with the dairy industry, Leighona began consulting with a global PR firm, advising clients of all sizes across the agriculture and energy sectors on communications strategy implementation, navigating the media landscape, executive positioning and stakeholder marketing.
